Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Rakkan account (operated by PROWERK s.r.o.) and the data associated with it. You can do this yourself in the app at any time, and the deletion is permanent.

Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

Open the Rakkan app and sign in.
Go to Profile (the bottom-right tab).
Scroll to the Account section.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are removed immediately when you confirm.

Can’t sign in?

If you’ve uninstalled the app or can’t access your account, email us at support@rakkan.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile (name, nickname, bio, location, avatar, language and theme settings).
All of your conversations and messages.
Photos, voice messages and other media you sent (the underlying files are purged).
Your connections and contacts.
Saved memory facts the app extracted from your chats.
Your login credentials and active sessions.

What may be kept, and for how long

We may retain a limited amount of data only where the law requires it — for example, abuse or safety records tied to a report, and basic billing records for tax purposes. These are kept no longer than necessary (safety records up to 90 days, billing records as required by law) and are then deleted. We do not use any of it to contact you or for marketing.
